Product Description of Pigment Violet 27:

Pigment Violet 27 is a pure and strong blue-violet tone. Irgalite Violet FM has a specific surface area of 90m2/g, which is similar to C.I. Pigment Violet 39 and has higher color strength, which is economical and applicable. Because the complex lake belongs to iron cyanic acid, its fastness to organic solvents is low. For example, the printed samples of C.I. Pigment Violet 1 and Pigment Violet 2 have excellent water resistance, while C.I. Pigment Violet 27 has obvious bleeding and is not acid resistant. It is mainly used as a toner for ink-color printing ink. In the oil-based system of offset printing ink, the copper ferrous cyanide complex catalyzes the drying process, which will affect the film formation on the surface of the ink and the thickness of the film or the change of the ink. Huang et al, thereby restricting its application.
